By purchasing any of our Services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own growth and outcomes. Our Services are meant to be supportive tools, and individual results may vary.

 

5. Payment and Refunds

All fees for our Services are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We accept payments in Danish Krone (DKK) and Euro (EUR). All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Payment Methods

Our services can be purchased using VISA, Mastercard, and Dankort.

Pricing

All prices include VAT, depending on your country of residence.

Subscriptions

For subscriptions, the subscription price, as stated on the product page, will be automatically charged for each subscription period. A receipt for the charge will be sent via email.

You will receive an email confirmation of your subscription enrollment after entering into the subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to business@amanda-d.dk, or by logging into your account and stopping the subscription yourself. The cancellation is immediate, and after cancellation, no further charges will be made. However, any invoices already issued must still be paid.

If you wish to change the card that the subscription is charged to, this can be done by clicking the link provided in each invoice.

Responsibility for Payment

By purchasing any of our Services, you agree to be responsible for the full payment, whether paid in full or as separate payments. If payments are not made on time, a late fee of 2% of the outstanding balance will be added for each month the payment is overdue.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lightworker Academy v/ Amanda Drescher or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

All rights to courses, workshops, events, and digital products belong to Amanda Drescher. By purchasing, you obtain only a license to use the purchased product as specified under the respective product.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
